Ready-made for accounting & bookkeeping firms.
The problem
Most small accounting firms have no website — new clients can't find them, and every enquiry starts with a phone call and a price nobody can give on the spot.
How it solves it
A calm, trilingual site that explains the services in plain words, takes a guided quote request and answers common questions with an AI assistant.
What you get
- Quote requests that arrive ready to price
- An assistant that answers day and night
- Found on Google and in AI search
The firm
A short film of Pontos, from the first visit to the quote request.
Why it's hard
Accounting is a trust business. The site has to feel calm and personal, explain tax topics without jargon, and still turn a visitor into a quote request before they close the tab.
How we solved it.
Plain-language services
Six services, each with what's included and who it's for, written for owners rather than accountants.
Guided quote request
One question per step: business type, VAT, invoice volume, employees, extras. A suggested package at the end, and the firm gets a lead it can price right away.
An assistant that knows the firm
An AI assistant answers common questions in Hungarian, English and German, using only the firm's own information, and hands specific cases to a person.
- React: Interface
- Tailwind CSS: Styling
- Next.js: Framework
- Claude API: Services & AI
- Next.js & next-intl
Three languages with their own URLs and search tags, so the firm can be found in Hungarian, English and German.
- Claude API
Powers the assistant and writes a short summary of every quote request, so the accountant sees the essentials at a glance.
- Structured data & llms.txt
The firm's services, hours and FAQ are marked up for Google and AI assistants, so it can be recommended when someone asks for an accountant in Budapest.
